As a German law firm specialized in tax and employment law, we can provide all services that are relevant for international assignments. We are a team of two tax lawyers/advisers (with a team of eight tax assistants), eight employment lawyers and four corporate lawyers.

With regard to the posting of executives and company representatives inbound/outbound, the focus of our activities is compliance-check, as well as optimization of contractual relationships with regard to tax and social security law, including the drafting of service and employment contracts.

As a payroll service provider we also support foreign companies in the practical execution of international assignments and take care of the communication with the responsible tax and social security authorities. Furthermore, we may be the local contact partner for your employees in Germany. The preparation of tax returns in cross-border matters is part of our daily business.

We give advice with regard to corporate structures considering corporate and other tax aspects and provide all services and advice from the set up to the liquidation of companies. We draft contracts and manage the necessary documentation with notaries and other responsible authorities.

Our particular specialization within commercial law is the formation of distribution systems, with a strong expertise in matters concerning value added tax.
